Privacy Policy
Details you submit through our forms (name, contact details, Instagram ID, category and any message) are used to respond to your enquiry, follow up on your community registration and share the community or event updates you ask for. We don't sell your data.
When you send a form we also record your device type, browser, approximate location (city and country), the page you came from and any campaign link you followed, so we can reply in the right context and keep spam out. Your IP address is kept for 30 days for security and then deleted.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site in aggregate (pages viewed, how you found us, your device type). Google does not store your IP address, advertising features are switched off, and if you visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland no analytics cookie is set without your consent.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used (clicks, scrolling, navigation) through heatmaps and session replays. Anything you type into a form is masked before it is captured, Clarity sets no advertising cookies, and it follows the same regional consent rules as Google Analytics.
